As the Founder and Managing Partner, John leads the sourcing, diligence, negotiations, and fund-raising for Ceannaire Capital. Upon closing, he will assume leadership of the acquired company.
John brings over 30 years of sales, marketing, and business development experience to the management team. He is a proven leader with the knowledge of guiding teams, developing people, and improving performance in mechanical components, capital equipment, and test industries. Prior to Ceannaire, he held leadership positions in business development for TesTex NDT, where he implemented test and asset availability strategies for power generation facilities.
Prior to TesTex, John was Vice President, Business Development at Iris SI, a dynamic machine vision and test solutions provider. Before Iris SI, John led Marketing and Business Development for two of the country’s largest heavy equipment dealer branch networks. Relevant to his experience with capital equipment, John has deep knowledge in engineered plastics and mechanical wear.
John enjoys connecting with individuals at all levels and backgrounds through listening and gaining an understanding of what is important to them. This skill has served him well in reaching common ground and realizing traction.
John was a licensed Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
